The search box and chat examples run in your browser as a demonstration. They do not submit a rental application, send messages to WhatsApp, or trigger screening or payment. The website may generate routine hosting records such as IP address, request time, and browser information. External font and source links may connect to their providers when opened. Do not enter sensitive personal or financial information.
Why information may be used
Routine technical records may be needed to serve, secure, and troubleshoot the site. The preview does not provide user accounts, owner submission forms, payment checkout, or background-check intake. We do not claim that it stores completed applications or payment credentials.
Future service
A live Kate service would require separate notice covering data categories, providers, retention, security, user rights, and any state-specific rights. Screening reports, payment information, lease documents, and WhatsApp conversations would require appropriate vendor terms and consent. This preview notice does not authorize those future activities.

This preview has no account login or advertising cookie banner. Your browser and hosting provider may use essential technical storage. Google Fonts and linked external resources have their own privacy notices. No analytics or advertising tracker is intentionally added to this preview.
