Your listing goes to our team for review. Kate messages you in the same chat when it is live, and again when someone wants to see the home.
What does it cost?
Nothing to list. One placement fee to the brokerage, agreed with you in writing before your listing goes live and due when a lease is signed.
Does Kate manage my property?
No. This service is placement only: finding a renter and getting a lease signed. Property management is not part of it.
What kinds of homes can I list?
Homes in Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Lake counties, Florida, for now. If your home is somewhere else, a person from the team follows up.
Am I talking to a person?
No. Kate is an AI assistant, and she says so in her first message. She works for Ecosun Realty LLC, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. Reply HUMAN at any time to reach a person, or STOP to end messages.
Does fair housing apply to my rental?
Yes. Kate and the brokerage follow the federal Fair Housing Act and Florida’s Fair Housing Act, and homes are matched on what a renter asks for, never on who they are. Kate also declines to write screening rules that fair-housing law does not allow. Read Fair Housing & Screening.
