These terms cover the current Kate website preview. Read them before using any future live service.

Kate is a concept preview. The website demonstrates a planned rental workflow; it does not search live listings, accept rental applications, perform screening, process payments, send WhatsApp messages, or create or sign leases. Do not enter Social Security numbers, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive information into the preview.
Listings and decisions
Example listings and chat responses illustrate the concept only. Prices, availability, features, and sources must be verified with the property owner or authorized manager. Kate does not promise a match, a lease, or a particular rental price. The owner or authorized manager decides whom to rent to; renters and owners review and sign their own agreements.
No professional relationship
The preview does not provide legal, financial, credit, or real estate brokerage advice or create an agency relationship. Any live brokerage, property management, screening, payment, or signing service will require separate disclosures, provider terms, applicable licenses, and affirmative authorization before use.
Acceptable use and third parties
Use this website lawfully. Do not submit false property information, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or disrupt the site, or use its content to discriminate. Links to third-party sites are provided for context; those parties control their own terms and privacy practices.
Changes and questions
These preview terms may change before launch. Material terms for live screening, payments, messaging, and lease signing will be shown before those services become available. Questions or concerns can be sent through the contact channel Kate publishes when the live service launches.
